When BeFoundly opened in 2011, Google Ads was still called AdWords, Facebook ads were a sidebar experiment, and "SEO" mostly meant stuffing keywords into footers. Every one of those realities has been demolished and rebuilt several times over. Platforms rose and died. Algorithms rewrote the rules overnight. Privacy changes broke the measurement everyone depended on.
What survived all of it — the only thing that survived all of it — was a way of working: audit honestly, prioritize by impact, fix relentlessly, measure everything. Tactics expire. The discipline doesn't. The agencies that died in those fifteen years were the ones who bet on a tactic. We bet on the method.
